Event Manager – Responsible for overseeing the entire event from set up, to break down, to making sure that the equipment gets back to the warehouse safely and in a timely manner. The event manager is also responsible for supervising the staff on site, maintaining contact with the client, and making sure that the events run smoothly. This position requires a person with strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem solving skills. Previous experience is required, along with the availability to work on the weekends and have reliable transportation.

Catering Manager – Responsible for the food aspects at an event and making sure that it presented in the highest quality. They will oversee the setting up of the buffets and/or stations, bar-b-que(s), and kitchen areas. This position requires a person with food knowledge, strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem solving skills. Previous experience is required, along with the availability to work on the weekends and have reliable transportation.

Catering Staff – Responsible for filling in positions such as server, beverage or novelty attendant at an event. You will be required to set up the event (buffets, stations, kitchen), replenish the buffets when needed, break down and load when the event is finished. The most important part of this position is to serve our food with a smile. Must be available to work on the weekends and have reliable transportation to get to and from events.

Grill Chefs & Prep Cooks – Responsible to set up the grill and cooking areas, along with helping replenish food on buffets. Experience required in grilling an assortment of food, such as Tri Tip, Chicken, Ribs, Steaks, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, and more. Must be available to work on the weekends and have reliable transportation.

Event Staff – Will be responsible for various positions at an event. Will assist in setting up and breaking down equipment. Other jobs will entail manning either a registration booth, inflatables, game booths, or any other unforeseen positions needed at the time of the event. We are looking for someone with a fun outgoing personality to interact and help our guests. Must be available to work on the weekends and have reliable transportation to get to and from events.
