Drop Off/Delivery Terms & Conditions
•	Drop Off orders need to be placed no later than 11:00am for next business day delivery.
•	Food to be scheduled to arrive 30 – 45 minutes prior to service time.
•	Drop Off orders that do not meet our minimum will still be charged based on the minimum number of people required.
•	Minimum $50.00 Disposable Charge up to 50 People / $1.00 per person thereafter. Additional charges to add on extra entrées & side dishes.
•	Disposables to include wire chaffers, aluminum pans, trays, bowls, serving utensils, plates, napkins & flatware. Upgraded & Eco-Friendly Disposables Available.
•	Client to provide table(s) or place to set the food.
•	Delivery Charges are based on city, location, unloading access & set up.
•	Drop Offs of 65 people or more may require an additional staffing charge, unless adequate, safe food storage can be provided.
•	Drop Offs are not available in all areas.
•	Payment of check, cash or money order is due upon delivery. Credit card number may be needed to hold order.
•	A 50% Cancellation Fee will be incurred for any cancellation within 5 days of event.
